Booking, Deposit & Refund Policy

 

At Sharpe Illusions Tattoo, every appointment is thoughtfully scheduled to provide each client with a personalized experience. Time, care, and preparation go into every tattoo, from the initial consultation and design process to the finished artwork.

 

To ensure fairness and respect for both the artist and clients, the following policies are in place.

 

Appointment Deposits

 

A minimum deposit of $80 + HST is required to secure your tattoo appointment.

 

Deposits are applied toward the final cost of your tattoo and reserve your scheduled appointment time. They also account for the time dedicated to preparing and designing your custom artwork.

 

All deposits are non-refundable, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

Life happens, and sometimes plans need to change!

 

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. With sufficient notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date.

 

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

 

Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without notice will also result in the loss of your deposit.

 

A new deposit will be required to secure another appointment.

 

Custom Artwork & Design Changes

 

Every custom tattoo is created with careful attention to your ideas, preferences, and the artistic process.

 

Significant changes to an approved design, including changes in subject matter, size, or overall concept, may require additional design time, adjustments to pricing/deposit, or a new appointment.

 

Tattoo Services & Refunds

 

Due to the permanent nature of tattooing, completed tattoo services are generally non-refundable.

 

Please communicate any questions or concerns about your design, placement, or sizing before the tattooing process begins.

 

Your comfort, confidence, and satisfaction are important throughout the experience.

 

Artist Cancellations

 

In the unlikely event that Sharpe Illusions Tattoo needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered an alternative appointment date or a refund of your deposit.
